SABC features the work of EWT

The Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT) has been researching and conserving painted wolves for over thirty years. Their hard work protecting painted wolves in Kruger National Park, South Africa was recognized in this short video feature from SABC News.

EWT collars and monitors the painted wolf population in Kruger, where snares set by bushmeat poachers are a serious threat. Kruger now holds the largest population of painted wolves in South Africa. EWT has used this growing population to relocate packs and expand the range of painted wolves in and outside of South Africa.
