The Painted Wolf Walk

We are always interested and excited to hear about new adventures and expeditions to raise funds and promote awareness for the painted wolf. The amazing work of Wildlife ACT, has inspired one woman to do something phenomenal…

Walking the longest gravel road in South Africa, known as the Tankwa Camino, Sarah Freestone will begin her incredible journey on the 4th April 2019 from Calvinia and end 10 days later in Ceres, 256.6km away. Support and follow Sarah with her friendly mascot, Philani the Painted Wolf, as she challenges herself to raise R25 600 by walking 27km a day for the painted wolves!

Read more about why and follow her journey here.
