Painted wolves featured in a major news article

The incredible Luangwa Valley in Zambia holds the country’s largest populations of lion and leopard as well as its second largest population of painted wolves.  A recent article profiles the work of the Zambia Carnivore Programme (ZCP), one of the amazing field organisations conserving painted wolves.

 

The incredible efforts of the Zambian Carnivore Programme within South Luangwa National Park has made a notable difference to the numbers of painted wolves in the Park. They are slowly changing the minds of people that live in and around the area that animals are worth more alive than dead.
