Fauna & Flora International’s mission is to conserve threatened species and ecosystems worldwide, choosing solutions that are sustainable, based on sound science, and which take into account human needs.

FFI is working in Southern National Park to establish a biodiversity baseline and to support park management, in particular anti-poaching and community engagement. One painted wolf has been spotted on a camera trap, and work is ongoing to find out more about these and other species in the ecosystem.
