And now for Something Different

A founding principle of both the Painted Wolf Foundation and the Painted Dog Fund is that of collaboration and we would like to highlight some of our friends who share our passion for African wildlife and its conservation.

Our long-term partner, Painted Wolf Wines, donates a proportion of their sales to PWF and Robin Pope Safaris have been an incredible support in building our new Leadership Centre in South Luangwa, Zambia.

Margot’s Remembering Wildlife series has done so much for endangered species, and I had the privilege of giving the key note speech when she launched the Remembering African Wild Dogs book.

Whether you are considering holiday season gifts, a Christmas tipple or planning next year’s safari, please learn more about our incredible partners below.

And of course, we have a limited selection of merch for sale – all the proceeds of which go to PWF.

Have a great weekend!

Raise a Glass for Painted Wolves

Painted Wolf Wines is a remarkable blend of craftsmanship and conservation. Founded by Jeremy and Emma Borg, the winery is driven by two passions: creating exceptional wines and helping to save the painted wolf.

Painted Wolf Wines has supported the Painted Wolf Foundation from inception, and we’re delighted to see our logo proudly featured on their bottles.

With an incredible 4% of sales (not profit!) going to help save the painted wolves every year, we invite you to support both Painted Wolf Wines and the painted wolves they champion.

As we head into the holiday season, treat yourself or your loved ones to their delicious wines, and raise a glass to conservation. Cheers!

Celebrate a Decade of Remembering

Our friend and supporter Margot Raggett, creator of the Remembering Wildlifeseries, has released a remarkable new book. 10 Years of Remembering Wildlife is a special edition celebrating a decade of wildlife storytelling and conservation. This series, which includes Remembering African Wild Dogs, has raised over £1.26 million for wildlife conservation, and the newest book features the world’s most trafficked mammal: the pangolin.

Safari in a Painted Wolf Paradise

At the heart of PWF’s Painted Wolf Conservation Leadership Programme is the dedicated Leadership Centre we have built in South Luangwa in Zambia.

This would not have been possible without support from Robin Pope Safaris, who provided us with the land on which it is built and gave invaluable support in the build process.

Robin Pope Safaris is the original pioneer in Zambian safaris and operate seven camps in South Luangwa alone, including Nsefu where BBC’s Kingdom was filmed.

If you are considering a safari in this painted wolf rich area, we thoroughly recommend Robin Pope’s amazing camps, offering wildlife rich experiences and guides with a deep understanding of the painted wolves of the Luangwa Valley.

Please contact us If you are considering a safari focused on finding painted wolves in areas with the highest chance of seeing them.
