The Range Wide Conservation Program for Cheetah and African Wild Dogs (RWCP) works across Africa with all countries where cheetah and wild dog exist in the wild.

The aim of the RWCP is to support, coordinate and implement projects, strategies, concepts and ideas that directly promote the conservation of wild populations of cheetah and painted wolves.

In Angola, the RWCP provides support to the Angolan government to establish an understanding of painted wolf populations in the country and supports conservation interventions to protect painted wolves and their habitat.
